Respond to and resolve residential service requests involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. Maintain the property's common areas and prepare vacant apartments for new residents through turnover repairs.
Previous apartment maintenance experience and EPA Certification are required. Strong knowledge of building systems and prior leadership experience are preferred.
