The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for completing residential service requests and resolving issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. They also manage apartment turn-overs for market readiness and maintain the community grounds and common areas.
Candidates must have previous apartment maintenance experience and a required HVAC (EPA) certification. Prior leadership experience and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English are strongly preferred.
