Responsible for stocking bar inventories, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, and supporting bartenders and servers to ensure efficient guest service. Duties include performing opening/closing side-work and managing back-of-house storage and refrigeration.
Requires previous experience in hospitality and bar-backing, specifically within high-volume restaurant or nightclub environments. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Stocks and re-stocks all bar inventories and supplies while maintaining the organization of the bar. Assists bartenders and cocktail servers (when applicable) in all aspects of guest service. Interacts with the bar guests, fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.
