As a Health Improvement Practitioner, you will work within the nationally recognised Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) model, using Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT) to support people experiencing a broad range of mental, physical, behavioural, and social wellbeing concerns.
