The role focuses on analyzing and reporting on Economic Opportunity Plan (EOP) compliance for diversity and inclusion of M/W/DBEs on construction projects in Philadelphia. Responsibilities include auditing project documentation, conducting site visits, and preparing executive-level reports for clients and city agencies.
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in compliance or project analysis are required. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments involving public and private entities.

Job Summary:
