As Server Assistant, you are the backbone of our service rhythm — anticipating needs, maintaining pace, and ensuring that every guest experience flows seamlessly. Whether resetting a table or supporting a server mid-course, your work ensures each moment feels effortless for our guests.

 

COMPENSATION: 

$11.35 Hourly + tips

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support servers in providing efficient, elevated service throughout all stages of the guest experience. 
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables — resetting with precision and speed between seatings. 
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation. 
• Refill water, clear plates, and anticipate guest needs without prompting. 
• Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and leadership to ensure a cohesive service flow. 
• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the dining room and service stations. 
• Take ownership of your section — treating it as part of Our House, where excellence and teamwork thrive. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Prior experience as a Server Assistant, Busser, or in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred. 
• Strong work ethic and an eye for detail in presentation and timing. 
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. 
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. 
• Maintain a valid Food Handler’s Certification in the state of New York
