What the Role Includes

• Sole ownership of the CEO’s calendar - managing and prioritizing the CEO’s calendar while considering all relevant factors, including priorities, meeting participants, locations, time zones, travel time, and the changing business needs.
• Board meeting coordination and execution - full ownership of Board meeting logistics, including working with Board members and key stakeholders, scheduling, invitations, logistics, and all related arrangements.
• Travel management - managing the CEO’s business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and related logistics, while ensuring everything is aligned with his schedule and needs.
• Leadership Team meeting management - responsibility for coordinating Leadership Team meetings and ensuring the calendar is structured and managed effectively around the team’s priorities.
• Supporting the CEO’s personal needs - assisting with personal and logistical needs to ensure the CEO can operate smoothly and remain focused on his day-to-day responsibilities and business priorities.
• Internal and external coordination - working closely with leadership team members, employees, Board members, investors, partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication and coordination.
• C-Level support - support C-level executives with calendar management and meeting coordination as needed. Assist with international business travel arrangements and related logistics.

• Proactive thinking and the ability to anticipate challenges - identifying potential issues, conflicts, or needs ahead of time and bringing solutions before they become problems.
• Ability to act as a gatekeeper of the CEO’s time while maintaining healthy, positive, and effective working relationships with the Leadership Team and other stakeholders.
• Strong technological and AI orientation - comfortable using both simple and advanced AI tools to improve daily workflows, automate processes, organize information, and work more efficiently.
• Discretion and confidentiality - ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential personal and business information with a high level of trust and professionalism.
• Ownership and independence - taking full responsibility for areas of work, driving tasks forward, and knowing when to act independently rather than waiting for direction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and personalities, manage complex relationships, and maintain clear, professional, and positive communication.

Role Requirements

• 4+ years supporting a CEO, Founder, or C-suite executive directly (as a PA, EA, or similar role), ideally in a fast-paced tech/startup environment.
• Proven experience coordinating with Board members, investors, or other external senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating with multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience managing complex business travel and logistics end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; comfortable picking up new tools (Slack, Trello, AI tools) quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Hebrew and English.
