The Patient Care Technician is responsible for performing clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing while maintaining patient flow. They also handle reception duties, including patient registration, insurance verification, and documentation within the Electronic Medical Records system.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role or equivalent healthcare certification. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
