The Patient Care Technician is responsible for performing clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, phlebotomy, and point of care testing while assisting providers with exams. They also manage reception duties, including patient registration, insurance verification, and maintaining clinic cleanliness.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role or equivalent education and certification. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with preferred certifications including EMT Basic, CCMA, CMA, or RMA.
