Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for the US and Canada, managing a team of six and optimizing the financial close process. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, maintain SOX compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Requires a Bachelor's or advanced degree in accounting or finance with 7+ years of progressive experience and 4+ years of people management. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX is essential, with a CPA certification and public company experience strongly preferred.

The Controller will be responsible for managing the US finance team, optimizing the financial close process, strengthening internal controls and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. In addition, the Controller will engage in corporate strategy discussions and help us continue to fine-tune the analysis of our business.
