Full job description

Sygnia is a leading cyber security company, helping organizations proactively manage cyber risk, detect advanced threats, and respond to the most sophisticated cyberattacks worldwide. Trusted by Fortune 100 companies, global enterprises, and critical infrastructure organizations, Sygnia combines elite cyber expertise, advanced technology, and deep operational experience to deliver measurable security outcomes.

At the heart of Sygnia's managed security business is Velocity, Sygnia's Threat Detection Investigation and Response (TDIR) platform. Velocity combines automated expert-led threat detection, threat hunting, incident response expertise, proprietary detection capabilities, and advanced automation to provide continuous protection against modern cyber threats.

As cyberattacks become increasingly automated and AI-driven, Sygnia is investing heavily in the evolution of Velocity into an AI-native security operations platform. By combining human expertise, threat intelligence, AI-powered investigation, and security automation, Velocity is redefining how organizations detect, investigate, and respond to threats at scale.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of Sygnia’s technology.

This is a highly strategic leadership role with responsibility for shaping the future of AI-powered Managed Detection and Response. You will work closely with executive leadership, Security Research, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to define the next generation of MDR capabilities and drive Velocity's growth and market differentiation.

The successful candidate will combine strong product leadership experience, deep cybersecurity expertise, and a passion for leveraging AI to transform security operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Velocity TDIR platform.
  • Lead the evolution of Velocity into an AI-powered security operations platform, incorporating Generative AI, AI Agents, automation, and advanced analytics to improve detection, investigation, and response.
  • Own product business performance, including adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, competitive positioning, and growth.
  • Drive the development of innovative MDR capabilities that improve security outcomes, analyst productivity, and operational scalability.
  • Partner closely with Security Research, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response teams to transform emerging threats and attacker techniques into differentiated product capabilities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously assess market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and strategic investments.
  • Engage directly with customers and strategic prospects to understand their challenges, validate product direction, and strengthen market positioning.
  • Serve as a product evangelist, representing Velocity's vision and capabilities with customers, partners, analysts, and industry forums.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality product delivery.
  • Manage product investments and priorities to maximize customer value and business impact.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5+ years leading product teams or major product initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of modern security operations, including MDR, SOC workflows, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, SIEM, XDR, EDR, and security automation.
  • Proven experience defining and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI-powered products and capabilities.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage effectively with engineering, data science, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision and execute against long-term strategic objectives.
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS products.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and experience working directly with enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in MDR, XDR, SOC, or security operations environments.
  • Experience building products that leverage AI Agents, workflow automation, or autonomous investigation capabilities.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Success will be measured by:

  • Growth and adoption of the Velocity platform.
  • Delivery of differentiated AI-powered MDR capabilities.
  • Improvements in analyst efficiency and operational scalability.
  • Enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Expansion of Velocity's competitive advantage and market position.
  • Achievement of strategic product and business objectives.
