The Sales Development Representative will identify new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline across the Thailand/APAC region through strategic outreach. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales pitches, managing CRM data, and setting up meetings for Account Executives.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in SDR or Sales Engineer roles within software or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in English and hands-on experience with sales tools like Lusha, EasyLeadz, and Sales Navigator are mandatory.
1. Conduct Market Research about Manufacturing companies and customer segmentation based on our Ideal Customer Profile(ICP) in an allocated region.
2. Creation of introductory pitch decks and email formats for different insider sales approaches, targeting manufacturing companies focused on Automotive and CPG Industries.
3. Lead Generation and Creating cold-call and workflows for cold-calling/cold-emailing, to generate at least 5-6 meetings per week for AEs. Creating compelling hooks for first calls.
5. CRM Management.
