Provide comprehensive support to platform users before, during, and after events, including online and onsite assistance. Conduct regular webinars for organizers and exhibitors and assist in creating event content.
Requires prior experience in customer service, support, or project management with a strong interest in event technology. Candidates must be flexible with shifts, including weekends, and possess a proactive startup mindset.
