Prepare high-quality dishes with precision while ensuring the kitchen line remains clean, organized, and stocked. Maintain strict adherence to recipes, health codes, and food safety standards throughout every shift.
Preferred experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant with a strong understanding of culinary trends and cooking methods. Must be physically capable of standing for 8+ hours and lifting at least 40 pounds.
