Provide high-level security and protection for high-value assets, clients, and staff in a sophisticated corporate environment. Responsibilities include conducting threat assessments, monitoring for unusual activity, and responding to emergency situations.
Must possess a valid California Concealed Carry Permit and a BSIS Firearm Exposed permit. Candidates should have a background in military combat arms, law enforcement, or professional armed security.
● Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and have the ability to influence informally across different departments within the team
● Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
● Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner
● Work independently and adapt to various work-paces while always maintaining a high-level of attentiveness and energy
● Provide safe and secure environment for the client and all personnel working at the corporate offices
● Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site
● Contact the police or fire department if and when there is an emergency
● Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
● Maintain up to date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibility
● Operate in a low profile, low footprint capacity
● Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance
● Follow Executive Protection Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines
● Comply with Surefox Policy and Procedures Licenses and Certifications:
● Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to de-escalate situations diplomatically.
● Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on discretion and client satisfaction in a luxury setting.
● Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgment under pressure.
● Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, handle potential physical confrontations, and perform light lifting as needed.
● Proficiency in security technology, such as access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and communication devices.
● Must pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and reference verification. U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization required.
● No visible tattoos or piercings that cannot be concealed under professional attire.
Starting Pay: $45 hourly
What is Required:
● Valid California State concealed carry permit (or ability to obtain one immediately) and a valid California BSIS Firearm Exposed permit
What is desired:
● EMT certification or higher
● Security or Law Enforcement experience preferred
● Report writing experience preferred
● Experience working in high net worth environment
● Military Background is a plus
