What You’ll Do

• Install basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair systems, and crawl space encapsulation products in homeowners' houses.
• Travel with your crew to the customer’s home to install the job.
• Deliver high-quality installations using company-approved methods and industry best practices.
• Operate safely and efficiently in a variety of construction environments.
• Work inside and outside in the elements, depending on the extent of the job being done.
• Represent the company professionally while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

 What We're Looking For! 

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid, non-probationary driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets Company insurance requirements.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, which may include a motor vehicle record review, criminal background check (where permitted by law), and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 35 lb. of force constantly to move objects. 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and perform physical labor throughout the workday. 
• Team-player attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship.
