The role involves managing daily accounting tasks including purchases, sales, treasury, and invoicing for French and international activities. Additionally, the assistant prepares social and tax declarations and supports monthly and annual financial closings.
The candidate must possess strong rigor and organizational skills to support financial management and administrative processes. Experience in accounting entry, bank reconciliation, and tax preparation is required.

Un rôle essentiel au cœur de la vie du studio
En lien direct avec la Chef Comptable et la Directrice Financière, vous serez un maillon clé dans la gestion administrative, comptable et budgétaire. Votre rigueur et votre sens de l’organisation permettront d’accompagner nos projets ambitieux, de fluidifier nos processus et de soutenir les équipes créatives et techniques.
Vos missions au quotidien
Comptabilité
(Achats, ventes, trésorerie, notes de frais, NDA, suivi tech, etc.).
Social et fiscal
· Préparer les états pour les déclarations sociales et fiscales (TVA, DAS2, DES, C3S, etc.) ;
· Contribuer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ;
· Réaliser toute autre mission confiée par la Chef Comptable et la Directrice Financière.
Divers
· Classer et archiver les documents (physiques et numériques) ;
· Créer, améliorer et mettre à jour les bases de données et tableaux de suivi ;
· Effectuer le lettrage des comptes ;
· Assurer le suivi des assurances.
