The Dispatcher serves as the central communication hub, scheduling and coordinating service calls between customers and technicians. Key duties include optimizing technician routes, managing work orders, and ensuring all service tickets are documented and closed.
Candidates need at least 2 years of dispatching or administrative experience, preferably within the trades or construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with field service software like ServiceTitan or Jobber is preferred.
