The practitioner is responsible for keeping children safe and inspired to learn by applying the Storal curriculum and pedagogy. Key activities include identifying learning opportunities during routines and building meaningful bonds with children and their families.
Candidates must have experience working with all age groups within Early Years and a high level of empathy. An Early Years qualification at Level 2 or 3 is preferred, though unqualified candidates may be considered.

About the role:
As a Nurser Practitioner you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
A true love for child development and care
Able and willing to work in a team
Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Early Years qualification at Level 2, Level 3 or unqualified
Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
