Oversee all aspects of residential remodeling projects from start to finish to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, the design team, and field crews including subcontractors.
Requires 5-10 years of residential remodeling carpentry experience and 3-5 years in a leadership or project management role. Must be proficient in construction management software and have a strong understanding of sustainable building science.

steveworks is a worker owned, design build, residential remodeling company. We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor is the point person between the client, the design team, and the field crew on the jobsite, including subcontractors. The role of the Site Supervisor is to oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Although the Site Supervisor is not expected to wear a toolbelt, they need to have the technical competency to problem-solve and the managerial skills to actively monitor all activities and personnel on the jobsite.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This is a 32-40 hour per week, year-round, hourly position with a pay range of $40-50/hour depending on experience. steveworks offers a comprehensive health insurance policy for employees (including family coverage), a health reimbursement account, a 401(k) benefit, generous paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
