Assist the QA supervisor in daily operations by monitoring production lines to ensure product grade specifications and customer standards are met. Provide timely feedback on fruit quality and ensure continuous adherence to SQF, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Candidates must have knowledge of WA state grade standards, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Previous supervisory experience and proficiency in Oracle or Discover are preferred.

Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 5:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday; Some Saturdays Required. May vary depending on production.
Qualifications:
· Must have knowledge of WA state grade standards.
· Must have basic computer knowledge.
· Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
· Must have good leadership abilities.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Must be able to supervise/train employees.
· Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
· Oracle, Discover knowledge is a plus.
· Previous supervisor experience preferred.
· Must be flexible with working schedule.
· Bilingual is a plus.
Duties:
· Assist QA supervisor in daily operations.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of product specifications and grade levels.
· Monitor Production Lines to ensure grade specifications are being met.
· Give accurate and timely feedback on product conditions.
· Monitor product quality individually and through QC staff.
· Ensure SQF, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained continuously.
· Evaluate and ensure individual customer standards are met.
· Provide excellent customer services.
· Train new employees.
· Provide feedback to line supervisor concerning fruit quality and standards.
· Additional duties may be assigned based on department needs.
