The Follow Up Analyst Supervisor manages daily plant production control activities, including inbound parts management and inventory accuracy. They are also responsible for leading a cross-functional team, ensuring performance standards are met, and resolving material discrepancies to maintain throughput.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and strong communication skills are required to effectively manage personnel and supply chain operations.
The Follow Up Analyst Supervisor is responsible for participating in the daily operations associated with plant production control activities including: inbound parts management and follow-up and material inventory accuracy. This role directly supports daily production, this individual is responsible for mitigating material inventory concerns without impact to plant throughput performance. The Follow Up Analyst Supervisor is also responsible for directly managing a cross-functional team of salaried bargaining employees, accountable for employee hiring, training, performance and retention. The Follow Up Analyst Supervisor participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Production Way activities.
