The Chief Maintenance oversees all maintenance operations to ensure the safety, efficiency, and optimal functionality of facilities and equipment. This includes developing preventive maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and leading a team of maintenance professionals.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management and at least 7 years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and CMRP certification.

Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting maintenance data and driving improvements that reduce downtime and costs. Communication skills are critical for effectively collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, as well as for leading and motivating the maintenance staff. Proficiency with maintenance management software enables efficient scheduling, tracking, and reporting of maintenance activities. Additionally, problem-solving skills are applied regularly to address unexpected equipment failures and to implement preventive measures that enhance overall asset performance.
