Manage daily front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, billing, and reservation support. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments while ensuring high-quality guest service.
Requires 2-3 years of experience in hotel reception or customer service. Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory, with hospitality-related education and PMS experience considered a plus.

We set out to create a new hospitality model, partnering with private landowners to gain access to never-before-experienced locations. Our business model is built on the foundations of creating new revenue streams for our landowner partners whilst simultaneously providing people with access to previously inaccessible sites. While our future will be about expanding our offerings to include new categories such as trails, camps, retreats, and luxury eco-lodges, our fundamental goal is to contribute to the growth of eco and agri-tourism in our connected regions, benefiting and positively impacting, people and places wherever we go. Travelling far and wide, we’ve searched for sanctuaries to match our design vision. Locations where the views are panoramic and skies clear. Free of city noise, smog and car horns.
