The Supervisor manages hourly associates to achieve productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards within the fulfillment center. They are responsible for daily planning, process improvement, and fostering a safe work culture to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment. Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and the ability to pass a drug screen are required.

What you’ll be doing:
The Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor will partner with the other Fulfillment Center leadership to accomplish three goals; to delight customers with outstanding service that exceeds their expectations, to drive cost out of the organization by creating a process and executing a plan which creates efficiency so the team can stay on task and to honor our associates ensuring that their experience tomorrow is even better than today.
In this role, you will motivate and manage hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy and quality control standards. You will lead your team in ensuring the daily, weekly and monthly planning of your departments. You will make recommendations and improvements to department processes and procedures, participate in the hiring, training and coaching of associates and use operational reports to evaluate department performance and ensure expectations are met. You will collaborate with the Fulfillment Center Team Manager and the other management of the Fulfillment Center to operate within all guidelines and partner for success.

In your role as a leader, you will be essential to the success of Staples Supply Chain as we deliver to our customers.
