The Compliance Analyst supports the AVP of Compliance by ensuring adherence to federal and state mortgage lending regulations. Key duties include monitoring loan pipelines, managing QC audits, and serving as a liaison between lenders and investors.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending operations or compliance across various loan types. Candidates should have a strong understanding of residential mortgage laws and proficiency with Encompass360 and MS Office.
