Lead and manage an estimating team to develop cost estimates and bid packages for heavy civil, transit, and transportation projects. Coordinate project strategy, risk analysis, and negotiations while presenting estimates during internal and owner reviews.
Requires over 12 years of construction experience with at least 7 years specifically in Heavy Civil estimating. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, along with proficiency in estimating software and the ability to perform site visits.
