Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Respiraory Care Practitioner, you will provide optimum respiratory care for patients of all ages with respiratory disorders, performing therapy as ordered by physicians in strict accordance with current departmental policies.Every day, you will administer expert respiratory care, contributing directly to patient well-being. You will maintain departmental productivity by actively monitoring workloads throughout your shift, ensuring efficient service delivery. Additionally, you may act as a relief shift supervisor when required. This role demands your full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization, demonstrating behavior consistent with our Core Values, and supporting the Organization's strategic plan and Performance Improvement Plan.To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional clinical skills in respiratory therapy, a deep understanding of patient care needs across all age groups, and a proactive approach to workload management and departmental productivity. Your consistent delivery of high-quality care, adherence to policies, and steadfast commitment to the organization's mission and values will be paramount in promoting positive patient outcomes.
