The RN Transplant Coordinator manages the full patient journey from referral and evaluation to recovery and in-hospital care. They are responsible for developing clinical policies, maintaining standards of care, and facilitating communication between patients, payers, and stakeholders.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse in Arizona and a graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least three years of experience in a related acute, critical, or medical-surgical setting. A Bachelor of Nursing or higher degree and experience in program management or care coordination are preferred.
