If you’ve worked in SNF therapy under a contract model and felt like the company’s priorities didn’t always match your patients’ needs — this role is intentionally different.
We are an in-house, family-owned therapy organization — not a contract therapy company. Our therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, so you can focus on what you were trained to do — delivering meaningful, patient-centered care that changes lives.

Provide skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision
Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and patient progression
