Provide skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision
Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and patient progression

Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
Active COTA license in good standing
