We are looking for an ASO Manager who will be a vital part of the SplitMetrics Agency team. If you're passionate about ASO and ready to join a team that values knowledge, growth, and people, we'd love to hear from you.

Why SplitMetrics Agency:

Data nobody else has. We build App Radar, Iris, Optimize and Acquire, so we sit on A/B test benchmarks, conversion data, and Apple Search Ads patterns across thousands of apps. You'll make calls based on our own aggregate test results rather than on conference-talk summaries.

A real knowledge base. Internal wiki with cases, playbooks, SOPs, and post-mortems. Internal webinars and outside experts on a regular schedule. Nobody here hoards what they know.

Workload we actually manage. We cap portfolio size per manager on purpose. Burning out an ASO manager costs us a client, so we don't do it.

What you’ll be doing:

You take our client apps and own their organic growth end to end: semantic core, metadata across localizations, creative concepts, A/B tests, and the monthly call where you explain what moved and why.

Agency work means you see patterns in-house managers never get to see. A fintech app in Brazil, a fitness app in Germany, and a mid-core game in the USA all react differently to the same algorithm change.

What you'll own

• Audits and strategy. Audit new client apps, size the opportunity, and build a roadmap from niche analysis, competitor research, and our internal experiment database.

• Semantic cores. Build and maintain keyword sets for App Store and Google Play across every localization the client sells in, including markets where you don't speak the language.

• Metadata. Write and iterate titles, subtitles, keyword fields, and descriptions, adapted to regional search behavior.

• Creative direction. Brief our in-house Design Studio on icons, screenshots, and app preview videos.

• Testing. Design A/B tests in Product Page Optimization, Google Play experiments and SplitMetrics Optimize. Read the results honestly, including the ones that lose.

• Client relationships. Monthly calls, presentations, and day-to-day Slack.

About you:

• 2+ years running ASO for live apps in different domains.

• Hands-on App Store Connect and Google Play Console. You've shipped metadata, set up CPP and In-App Events and read Store Listing reports.

• Keyword research at scale, including various markets.

• A/B testing experience on at least one store.

• One or more ASO tools in daily use: App Radar, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Asodesk, MobileAction, or similar.

• English at B2 or above.

• Comfort with numbers: forecasting, KPI tracking, and explaining increases and drops in installs transparently.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience with Apple Search Ads and using paid keyword data to inform organic.

• Experience in Paid UA (Meta, TikTok, DSPs, etc.)

• Games, or a specific vertical you know deeply.

• Non-English localization expertise. We already cover 14+ languages in-house

• Interest in how apps get discovered through AI assistants and AI-driven search, which is where a chunk of our R&D is going.
