The Customer Service Representative manages the entire client order lifecycle, from initial inquiry and quoting to production scheduling and final invoicing. They act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as the final quality gate to ensure all signage and print products meet specifications.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in project or account coordination within a deadline-driven environment like print, signage, or manufacturing. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
