Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK and WinUI. Drive accessibility efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the full feature lifecycle from conception to release.
Requires 3+ years of experience in Windows desktop development with C#, XAML, and WinUI, plus a strong understanding of accessibility APIs. Candidates must have a proven track record of shipping production-quality software and strong software engineering fundamentals.

The Switzerland Based Salary range for this role is: 30,000-160,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience.
