Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications while enforcing best practices for performance and maintainability. Drive accessibility efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the long-term product roadmap for the Windows platform.
Requires 3+ years of experience in Windows desktop development using C#, XAML, and WinUI, with a strong understanding of .NET and native code interop. Candidates must have a proven track record of shipping production-quality apps and deep expertise in Windows accessibility APIs.

The Germany Based Salary range for this role is: 30,000-120,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience.
