Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience. A valid state Driver's License (Class E in Missouri) and a clean Motor Vehicle Record are required.

The Transportation Coordinator (Driver) plays a critical role in delivering a structured, reliable, and resident-focused transportation program within the community. This role extends beyond driving to include transportation coordination, scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.
