Responsible for fabricating and assembling high-quality wire harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies for the Starlink Aviation fleet. This includes interpreting technical drawings, recording work in ERP systems, and assisting in the development of production processes.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience with mechanical hand tools and electrical assembly instructions. Preferred candidates have IPC-620-A certification and experience with aerospace flight hardware in fast-paced environments.

As a Starlink Aviation Harness Technician, you will be responsible for the fabrication of a variety of harnessing products for Starlink Aviation. You will work closely with Starlink Aviation production and design engineering teams to deliver high-quality harness products to bring state-of-the-art connectivity to the global Starlink Aviation fleet. SpaceX is looking to connect a wide variety of customers all around the world - in this role, you will be directly involved and hands-on with accomplishing this mission!
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
Level 1: $22.00 - $26.50
Level 2: $25.50 - $31.00
Level 3: $29.50 - $37.00
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year.
