The role involves designing and building agentic AI products and growth experiments for developers and editors. You will create high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and establish design systems and patterns to set industry standards.
Candidates must have strong frontend engineering skills in React and Javascript combined with a keen eye for UI design. Experience with design systems and an understanding of developer-centric tools like CLIs and MCP servers are required.

Create, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Establish guidelines, systems and patterns.

Strong frontend engineering skills (React, Javascript)
Understanding of developer needs and ability to grasp Sanity’s core products and customer (CLI, Sanity MCP Server, Content Lake, etc)
An eye for UI design and strong visual craft
Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems, including component creation
