You will develop high-performing creative briefs by translating data, trends, and audience insights into actionable concepts for platforms like Meta and TikTok. Additionally, you will analyze creative performance to iterate on strategies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals.
The ideal candidate has experience in creative strategy, performance advertising, or content strategy with a strong understanding of paid social media. You must be proficient in English and Swedish, comfortable analyzing performance data, and skilled at using AI tools to enhance creative workflows.

As a Creative Strategist at SoScale, your job is to create briefs that win — consistently, at volume, and with a clear connection to performance.
You turn data, audience insights, trends, and cultural signals into hooks, angles, concepts, scripts, and creative direction built for platforms like Meta and TikTok.
But your job doesn't stop when the brief is written.
You analyze how your ideas perform once they go live, understand what worked, what didn't, and why, and bring those learnings directly into the next concept. Over time, you begin to spot patterns across creatives, audiences, formats, and niches — turning individual learnings into stronger creative decisions.
You'll work closely with Performance Marketers, editors, designers, creators, and producers throughout the entire process — from insight → idea → brief → execution → performance → iteration.
This is a role for someone who sits comfortably between creativity and performance. You have strong creative instincts, but you're equally interested in what the data tells you after the work goes live.
Create clear, structured and actionable creative briefs based on performance data, trends, audience insights, and client goals.
Translate insights into strong hooks, angles, concepts, scripts, messaging, and formats.
Produce creative briefs at a high volume without compromising quality.
Develop concepts across UGC, performance ads, social content, static and video formats.
Understand the audiences, platforms and niches you're creating for — and adapt ideas accordingly.
Build briefs that creatives can execute with minimal ambiguity or unnecessary back-and-forth.
Analyze the performance of the creative you've shipped — rather than relying solely on someone else to interpret the results.
Understand specifically which hooks, angles, formats and framings are driving performance.
Turn performance signals into concrete implications for the next creative brief.
Identify winning concepts, creative fatigue and opportunities for iteration.
Spot gaps in the creative mix — new angles, hooks, formats or stories we haven't tested yet.
Bring learnings from one brief, campaign or niche into the next.
Work closely with Performance Marketers to co-own the creative testing roadmap.
Ask what we should test next, why we should test it and in what order.
Build hypotheses instead of relying on subjective creative preferences.
Recognize patterns across your work and turn them into smarter creative decisions.
Build your own reference library of winning ads, concepts, formats, hooks and cultural inspiration.
Stay involved from idea to final asset.
Work closely with editors, designers, creators and producers to ensure the execution reflects the original strategic intent.
Give clear and actionable feedback when an execution can be sharper.
Collaborate with Performance Marketers as a peer — bringing creative implications into performance conversations, not simply receiving instructions.
Step into client conversations when needed and confidently explain creative thinking, learnings and direction.
Use AI and creative tools actively for research, ideation, analysis and structuring briefs.
Test new tools and workflows that can improve the quality or speed of creative strategy.
Build smarter ways of researching, writing, iterating and learning from creative.
Contribute to improving and standardizing what great creative briefs and ideas look like at SoScale.
Has experience within creative strategy, performance creative or content strategy.
Understands what makes paid social creative perform — particularly across Meta and TikTok.
Can turn insights into strong hooks, angles, scripts and creative concepts.
Has a strong understanding of UGC, short-form video and platform-native advertising.
Is comfortable looking at performance data and using it to make better creative decisions.
Can explain not only what worked, but why it worked and what we should do next.
Has strong creative judgment and stays curious about advertising, culture, consumer behaviour and emerging formats.
Can produce high-quality work at pace and manage multiple briefs simultaneously.
Communicates clearly and works well across creative, performance and production teams.
Is comfortable presenting ideas and creative reasoning in client conversations.
Is confident working in both English and Swedish.
Already uses AI as part of your creative workflow — or is highly motivated to become great at it.
Is fluent in swedish
