The Internal Advisor is responsible for scheduling service appointments, greeting customers, and providing accurate cost estimates for vehicle repairs. They must also monitor repair progress, communicate updates to customers, and ensure dealership standards for customer satisfaction are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of dealership experience. Strong communication skills and general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations are required, with ASE certification and sales experience preferred.
