Job Description Summary
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of both the front desk and reservations functions to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization. This role serves as a key support leader for the Front Office Management team, overseeing reservations strategies, VIP pre-arrival planning, Sonesta Travel Pass loyalty program, and front desk training.Job Description

A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
