The kitchen crew is responsible for preparing high-quality food, including Wagyu beef and house-made sauces, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest service.
Candidates must have at least one year of line cook experience and be able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to follow proper sanitation procedures and use kitchen equipment safely.
