You are responsible for managing a portfolio of retail accounts, handling both branded and private label products. You will build retail partnerships, negotiate contracts, and advise clients on category management while collaborating with internal departments like Marketing and Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of account management experience in the FMCG food sector and proficiency in P&L management. Fluency in Dutch and English, along with a valid driver's license, is required.

Als Accountmanager Retail bij SoFine Foods (onderdeel van The New Original Company) sta jij tegenover de grootste retailers met twee petten op.
De ene keer verdedig je marge en activatie voor ons eigen merk. De andere keer sluit je een meerjarige private label-deal bij dezelfde inkoper.
Twee spellen, twee spelregels, één klant, en jij bent degene die schakelt.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een portfolio retailaccounts, merk en private label.
Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar commerciële acties en werkt daarvoor nauw samen met Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D/QA, Category & Insights en Finance.
Je bent een groot deel van de week op de weg.

Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je gerechtigd bent om in Nederland te werken. Wij bieden geen visa- of relocatiesponsoring.
Je bent een commerciële professional die soepel schakelt tussen strategie en executie, en tussen merkverhaal en kostprijsdiscussie.
Je weet hoe je relaties bouwt bij grote retailorganisaties, hoe je onderhandelt op niveau, en je vindt het logisch om de uitvoering zelf te borgen.
