Lead a team of Heavy Equipment Technicians and Apprentices to ensure the safe and efficient repair of Komatsu and other OEM equipment. Manage operational tasks including work assignment, scheduling, service quoting, and maintaining a strong safety culture.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a large shop environment and a valid driver's license. A Journeyperson certification in a relevant trade and strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty equipment are preferred.
The Service Supervisor plays a vital role in the safe, efficient, and economical operation of the branch. Location: Kamloops, BC
Salary: $105,000-$115,000 annually, plus safety incentive and overtime eligibility
Work Arrangement: Primarily branch-based with occasional customer site visits
Schedule: 14x14 rotational schedule
