The role involves developing and maintaining internal AI tools and systems, such as the Fleet Console, and integrating various internal and external systems. You will collaborate closely with the IT & AI Lead to implement AI-supported projects and optimize Odoo ERP processes.
Candidates need practical AI knowledge, including prompting and automation tools, and a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality. Fluency in German is required, with English proficiency for documentation, and experience with Odoo ERP or software engineering is a plus.

Du arbeitest an unseren KI- und Automatisierungsprojekten mit, übernimmst eigene Teilaufgaben und denkst mit. Dein Hauptfokus: unsere internen Tools weiterentwickeln und am Laufen halten – von kleinen Helfern bis zu größeren Systemen wie unserer Fleet Console – und die verschiedenen Systeme sauber miteinander verbinden.
