The technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment including refrigeration, cooking, and ware-washing systems. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate administrative documentation and managing truck stock inventory.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of technical experience in appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 70 pounds are required.
