They are also responsible for maintaining accurate service documentation, managing truck inventory, and providing professional service solutions to restaurant managers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, or HVAC. A valid driver's license and the ability to participate in an emergency on-call rotation are required.
