The Role

As a Customer Success you will be a primary point of contact for schools and government representatives in the LATAM Region, focusing on Córdoba Province - Argentina education system, responsible for onboarding and ongoing training as required. The role will involve maintaining strong relationships that drive customer satisfaction and maximise platform usage.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a keen interest in learning through technology to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new schools, ensuring a smooth and successful integration into the platform.
  • Training and Support: Provide proactive, personalised training and ongoing support to teachers, facilitators, and principals, both onsite and virtually. Organise webinars, conference calls, and create instructional materials to support onboarding and continuous learning.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with school users by providing regular check-ins, value-added services, and identifying opportunities to increase platform engagement and retention. Deliver effective communication to ensure partners and customers are achieving their desired learning outcomes.
  • Usage Monitoring and Insights: Track and analyse platform usage data, offering insights and recommendations to school users and internal teams to improve platform utilisation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the focal team on projects, providing support in meetings, training sessions, stakeholder engagement, and other related activities.
  • Product and Platform Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with all features and developments on the Matific platform, ensuring you are well-informed to provide the best possible customer support
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in client or educational projects/services/support.
  • Demonstrated task-driven project management aimed at achieving customer success.
  • Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong consultative approach, with a positive, solution-oriented and growth mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly valuable.
  • High energy, a collaborative team player, and a results-driven attitude with a passion for success.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote position with direct reporting to other regions.

EL ROL

Como Customer Success serás el principal punto de contacto para escuelas y representantes gubernamentales en la región LATAM, con foco en el sistema educativo de la Provincia de Córdoba(Argentina), responsable del proceso de onboarding y de la capacitación continua según sea necesario. El rol implica construir y sostener relaciones sólidas que impulsen la satisfacción del cliente y maximicen el uso de la plataforma.

Responsabilidades clave
  • Onboarding: Liderar el proceso de incorporación de nuevas escuelas, asegurando una integración fluida y exitosa a la plataforma.
  • Capacitación y soporte: Brindar formación personalizada y proactiva, así como soporte continuo a docentes, facilitadores y directivos, tanto de manera presencial como virtual. Organizar webinars, reuniones virtuales y desarrollar materiales de apoyo para el onboarding y el aprendizaje continuo.
  • Relación con clientes: Construir relaciones sólidas con las escuelas mediante seguimientos periódicos, servicios de valor agregado e identificación de oportunidades para aumentar el uso y la retención de la plataforma. Asegurar una comunicación efectiva que permita a los aliados alcanzar los resultados de aprendizaje esperados.
  • Monitoreo de uso e insights: Analizar datos de uso de la plataforma, generando recomendaciones e información clave para escuelas y equipos internos, con el fin de optimizar la implementación.
  • Trabajo en equipo: Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo focal del proyecto, brindando apoyo en reuniones, capacitaciones, vinculación con stakeholders y otras actividades relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento del producto: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las funcionalidades y desarrollos de la plataforma Matific para ofrecer el mejor soporte posible.
Requisitos
  • Mínimo 2+ años de experiencia en proyectos o servicios educativos, atención a clientes o soporte.
  • Experiencia demostrable en gestión de proyectos orientados al éxito del cliente.
  • Experiencia en el sector educativo (altamente valorada).
  • Enfoque consultivo, actitud positiva, orientada a soluciones y mentalidad de crecimiento.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Dominio bilingüe de español e inglés (altamente valorado).
  • Perfil proactivo, colaborativo, orientado a resultados y con pasión por generar impacto.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma en modalidad remota, reportando a equipos en otras regiones.
  • Residencia en la Provincia de Córdoba (Argentina).
