We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and promote our immigration services across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and other online platforms.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and grow audience engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams to produce compelling marketing materials.
• Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Fresh graduates with strong practical skills and certifications are encouraged to apply).
• Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience marketing education, immigration, consultancy, or service-based businesses.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and landing page optimization.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other creative tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Video marketing and short-form content creation experience will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Sunday – Thursday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: Weekly Holidays (as per company policy)
