Lead firm onboarding and activation to ensure SketchPro is embedded into the daily workflows of architecture and engineering firms. Drive growth by converting pilots to enterprise contracts and translating user feedback into product insights.
Requires 4+ years of experience at an architecture or design firm with fluency in Revit and construction documentation workflows. Candidates must be confident communicators capable of engaging with firm leadership and operating in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

As a Forward Deployed Architect leading customer success and growth, you'll work alongside architects at some of the most respected firms in the world. You'll learn how their teams actually produce documentation, embed SketchPro into their daily work, and own growth within a firm.
What You’re Accountable ForYou are accountable for firm adoption and conversion readiness. This role owns the gap between “signed pilot” and “embedded in daily workflow.”
